The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we've made every effort to display color accurately, the color of the product may vary slightly from the image you see displayed on your screen.The product packaging you receive may vary from that displayed on our website.

Orders

Placing your order

After you place an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery), and an order number. Ownership of a product becomes yours once we receive payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges and taxes.

Order availability

All products are subject to availability. If the product you've ordered is no longer available we'll email you to let you know, and your order will be canceled.

Shipping

Shipping limitations

We're unable to deliver to certain destinations due to legal or shipping limitations. You'll be able to see at checkout if your location is available.

Shipping costs and charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight, and destination. By placing your order you accept the stated charge. If your order ships internationally you acknowledge that it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other charges. These are usually due on arrival. You agree that we do not have any control over these taxes, duties, or charges and that you will be responsible for payment of any that are due.

Shipping estimates

When you place an order, we'll provide an estimated date for delivery. Once shipped, we're not responsible for any delays caused to the delivery of your order. If you're not available to take possession of your order on delivery, you should be provided with instructions for re- delivery or collection by the delivery service. It is your responsibility to arrange this. A product will become your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address provided.

Making changes

Our right to make changes

We may need to make minor product changes. This might be to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, or those made by a supplier relating to materials, processes, or technical adjustments. These changes will not substantially affect your use of the product. If we need to make significant product changes we'll contact you, and you'll have the option to cancel the order and receive a refund for any products paid for but not yet received. We will only supply products to you once we receive payment.

Your right to make changes

If you want to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If it's possible to make the requested change. We'll also ask you to confirm that you want to go ahead with the change. If we can't make the change or you no longer want to purchase the item as a result of making the change, you can cancel the order.

What will happen if you do not give required information to us

We reserve the right to temporarily withhold the processing of a customer's order and associated payment if critical information is found to be incomplete or inaccurate, such as the shipping address. In such cases, we will notify the buyer promptly, specifying the nature of the missing or incorrect information. The customer is required to provide the necessary details within a specified timeframe, as communicated in our notification. Failure to furnish the required information within the stipulated timeframe may result in the cancellation of the order and a refund of the payment. We shall not be held liable for any consequences or delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Returns

Returning products that are faulty or not as described

We do not accept returns. In the event that a buyer receives a faulty item or an incorrect item, the buyer is required to promptly contact our support team. To facilitate the resolution process, the buyer must provide clear photographs of the faulty or incorrect item. Our support team will review the provided information and, to your preference, process a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item. The original item received in such cases may be retained by the customer. It is important to adhere to the instructions provided by our support team to ensure a timely and efficient resolution to the issue.

Returning products because you've changed your mind

As our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in accordance with UK legislation, specifically Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue. In such cases, please refer to our 'Returning products that are faulty or not as described' section for further instructions.

Your right to cancel an order

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please open your order confirmation email, and scroll to the bottom. Here you will find a manage order link, clicking on this will take you to a page where you can view and cancel your order. Please note that once the 24-hour window has passed, cancellations or modifications to the order cannot be accommodated. This is due to the nature of our made-to-order production process, which typically begins shortly after the order is placed. Once production has commenced, the order is considered final and cannot be altered.

How we will refund you

We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

When your refund will be made

Once our support team has concluded that a refund is warranted, the refund process will be initiated. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the original payment method: If the payment was made with a card, the refund process may take up to 10 working days. If the payment was made with PayPal, the refund process may take up to 2 days

If, for any reason, we are unable to produce the specific item(s) ordered at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will be notified of the cancellation, and a full refund will be processed.

We may withdraw the product

We may write to you to let you know that we're going to stop providing the product. We'll let you know as far as is reasonably possible in advance of our stopping the supply of the product and will refund any sums you have paid in advance for products which will not be provided.

When and how to pay

You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. Your payment card will be charged at the time you place the order.

Delivery charges

The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Relevant delivery charges are provided when you select an order for purchase, at check-out.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this agreement or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the agreement was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.

We are not liable for business losses

We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or resale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
